Cancellation Policy

Jade Knits believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made in written to our email ID support@t10sports.com & info @t10sports.com within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have already been dispatched .  Also for any order with personalization , cancellation will not be possible , if personalization has already been processed .
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the (Company Name) marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Return Policy

You may return / Exchange any products purchased from www.t10sports.com on below terms

·         Please request your return or exchange within 7 days of merchandise Receipt with your Order ID.

·         In Case of Defective Goods, the customer is requested to email the details at support@t10sports.com & info @t10sports.com along with Order Id, Correct Address, Mobile Number and Image of the Production defect in order to demonstrate the quality.

·         You will shortly receive an email confirming your return/refund request. After Email confirmation you please courier back that article to us on the address shared on the email. Return Pickup facility is not introduced in T10Sports till date.

·         Any discount offered on the purchased article cannot be transferred / applicable on other article.

·         The products must be returned, complete and unused, with all the tags intact on that item.

·         Return / Refund can be arranged only after receipt of the Articles

This policy is Not applicable for semi-custom or Full custom merchandise due to the specialized nature of the products. 

Refund Policy

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 3 days money-back guarantee , if we have not complied as per product website details. Also the product needs to be un-used and all handtags and labels should be intact. However , for products where personalization ( with print / emb ) has been requested , we will not be able to refund – so kindly make sure to order correct product .  We develop and sell software that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. That is why we can afford to back our products with this special guarantee.  We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.

Your refund will be processed after approval. Once your refund has been approved, your money will be credited back to you on one of these ways:

Note:

If the original payment method you used to make the payment (credit/ debit card) is no longer valid and payment made through wallets, we’ll issue the refund through Net Banking(Credited to Bank account), for that you should send bank account details through registered email to admin@t10sports.com

When we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, we will send you an e-mail to registered email asking you to resend the bank account details.
